About Hathor Aesthetics

Hathor was one of the forty-two state gods and goddesses of Egypt, and one of the most popular and powerful. She was goddess of many things: love, beauty, music, dancing, fertility, and pleasure. In her role as goddess of beauty, she was the patron of cosmetics and offerings of mirrors or cosmetic palettes to her were common.

She was the personification of joy, goodness, celebration, and love. Her demeanor glows with consistent confidence and sunny, good health. Although she was intrinsically connected to the female of the species, Hathor cannot be considered only a women's deity. She also had a large and devoted following among men. Both genders were able to recognize the sacred divine within her seductively vibrant joyous beauty. Hathor embodies abundance in life and is the sacred sponsor of the cosmetic arts.

About the Artist: Julia

Hi, my name is Julia. I am a permanent makeup artist and makeup artist based in Las Vegas. I started my journey in beauty by working at Sephora in Coralville, Iowa in 2014. I transferred to Austin, TX with Sephora to continue my growth as a makeup artist and product expert and worked there until 2019. I have always loved art. My dream was always to be an artist and makeup has been such a beautiful medium. Brows are the framework of the face and I have always been fascinated by the impact they have on one's appearance. July 2021, I came out to Las Vegas to train in Microblading with Hannah of Supernatural Brows. I completed her course and then began my apprenticeship with Ink By Britt. During my 6 month apprenticeship, I took Britt’s course in shading, lip blushing, and eyeliner and added those services to my menu. I have also completed a shading course with Supernatural Brows and attended the 2021 PMU Conference in Las Vegas. I love sharing the gift of beauty.
